As we work with the high-end spirits and wine market, we know that quantities vary by brand, product and production capabilities; often resulting in a small order quantity. We love creating bottle solutions and are excited to work with you in delivering a solution to meet your requirements.
Is there a maximum order quantity?
There is no maximum order quantity. Depending on the capabilities of our suppliers, we can accommodate large orders. It is best to inform us of any known quantities early in the process so we can have a discussion about your expectations.
Will my bottles arrive ready to use?
Our bottles will arrive to you straight from the manufacturer, or from our warehouses in California, Oregon, and North Carolina. We store our bottles in a clean, food-safe environment. Industry standard is to sparge the glasses, and some prefer to rinse.
What do I do if my bottles arrive damaged?
We pride ourselves on handling our glass bottles with care, and delivering a quality product to you. If your bottles arrive damaged, immediately contact one of our friendly sales representatives on 707 224-5670, who can look into the issue for you as soon as possible.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Global Package carries ample inventory for many needs. We recommend talking to us at least 4 to 6 months in advance for selections from our range of stock bottles. Customized bottles will take longer, and will depend on many factors. Contact our team to discuss your custom project, and to determine an estimate for shipping times.
